Position Summary
Full-time e-Commerce Office Administrator at www.jhrop.com - an online platform selling new and pre-owned designer goods. The position allows the candidate to learn all aspects of running an e-Commerce business, from sourcing to inventory management to customer service to order fulfilments.

Job Description and Responsibility
- Shipping - create airway bills and follow up on shipping related issues.; (Introduction to simple Import and Export procedures as well as training on shipping platforms will be provided)
- Product management - generate inventory labels; keeping stock levels up-to-date (Training with our inventory system will be provided)
- Customer Support - handle customer queries; manage returns and finding resolutions with clients
- Consignment - liaise with consignors; arrange collections, returns and donations for consignors
- Managerial assistance - revising templates for contracts and statements; assist on research tasks

Job Requirements and Relevant Qualifications
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in administrative or related fields preferred
- Good command in written English
- Interest in luxury fashion & sustainability
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous
- Candidates with knowledge of e-Commerce best practices, strategies and tactics is a plus

Position Summary
Part-time Product Copywriter in English at www.jhrop.com. The primary task is to write accurate product titles, descriptions and condition checks for pre-owned products. The job requires candidate to work at the office as you are required to check products individually.

Job Description and Responsibility
- Create listings for new and pre-owned products to be sold online
- Fill in simple and concise product descriptions within our internal system
- Perform accurate condition checks for pre-owned goods
- For Full Time: Gather product and market research to devise proposed resale price
- For Full Time: Creative copywriting for promotional banners, EDMs, ads and social media posts

Job Requirements and Relevant Qualifications
- Diploma or above, preferably in Fashion, Marketing or related disciplines
- Fluent in written English; Chinese is optional
- Interest in luxury fashion & sustainability
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous
- Candidates with knowledge of e-commerce best prices, strategies and tactics is a plus

- Regular part time
- Generally 2 days a week
- Flexible hours between Mondays to Fridays

Salary Range
HK$800-1500/day; depending on experience
