Returns policy

We offer a full refund if an item was not accurately described in its condition report
Please complete the Return Request form within 7 days of the item’s delivery date.
State clearly, provided with images, how the item's condition was inaccurately described

We only accept returns on items that are in exact condition they were originally received. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.

JHROP's anti-wardrobing tags and all original packaging including:  brand tags, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bag must be returned with the order. Authorised returns sent back after the return period or without JHROP's anti-wardrobing tags and any original packaging missing will not be refunded and the parcel will be sent back to the buyer.

Any late and damaged returns will not be accepted. No refund will be issued and the parcel will be sent back to the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds will only be processed the exact way we received your payment.

We reserve the right to turn down a Return Request. Items that are not eligible for a return may be re-consigned. Please visit our “Consign with us” page or reach out to info@jhrop.com to learn if your item is eligible for consignment.
