CREDITED LOAN
We love supporting our local creative industry! We understand it can sometimes be difficult for Creatives to loan samples without a publication or coverage. We are happy to open up our inventory for 'Credited Loan’. Expand your creative vision through our ‘Credited Loan’ program.
Through ‘Credited Loan', there are no monetary exchange. You and your team can execute
creative editorials and build your portfolios. Through 'Credited Loan’, JHROP is looking to extend our reach and brand awareness through cross-promotion in Credits and Tagging on social media and publication submissions.
JHROP must be credited and tagged in any usage on all medias involving any of our loaned garments. The celebrity/artist/model and their respective agency and all parties on the production team must also credit JHROP in any posts involving any items from JHROP. Please ensure that you have the full consent from the celebrity/artist/model prior to shoot that they have agreed to tag us in all final posts and published images.
Failure to credit JHROP will result in an invoice demanding Loan Payment at our lCommercial Loan' rates.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
* You take on full responsibility of the garments the moment an item leaves our studio
* Please make sure all accessories sent (padlock, Muji metal hangers, Ikea wooden hangers, protective garment bags) are returned with the garments
* Make sure all original dust bags, tags, packaging materials and accessories are returned together. You will be required to return the missing accessories at your expense or a notice demanding payment at full retail price
* Any lost, stolen, damaged or stained items will result in a notice demanding payment at full retail price. You take on full responsibility of the garments until it arrives at our studio.
* Do not remove any brand tags or price tags. Tags must not be removed and reattached after shooting. Any tags found removed, broken or tampered with will result in a notice demanding payment at full retail price.
* Please take attention when dressing models in light coloured items or items with a tight collar to prevent make-up/hair products from staining items. Any stained, soiled and damaged garments will result in a notice demanding payment at full retail price.
AGREEMENT
You permit JHROP to use the images for our personal media use for online, BTL and PR usage in all territories for a period for 12 months from first release date. All images will be formally credited.
JHROP must be tagged in any usage on any media involving any of our items. All parties on the production team, the model/celebrity/talent and their respective agency must credit JHROP any posts involving any items from JHROP. Failure to credit by any party listed on the "Credited Shoot Loan" form will result in an invoice demanding Loan Payment at our Commercial Rental Rate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-All rentals must carry a Letter of Responsibility from the magazine or production company on company letterhead stating they are fully responsible for any loss, theft or damage of the rented items.
-All rented items must be returned in the exact same condition they were rented in. If loss, theft or damage should occur to any rented items, JHROP Limited reserves the right to charge the renting party up to full retail price of the item on top of all rental costs. If a returned item is found to be in unacceptable condition, JHROP Limited reserves the right to refuse the return.
-If a renting party decides to purchase a rental item, no rental costs can be used towards the purchase price of that item. Any purchased items will carry the full retail price, regardless of past rental status.
-The renting party is responsible for all shipping and return costs of loaned items. On top of shipping cost, import tax and customs duties may be levied by the customer’s local government. JHROP Limited is not responsible for the payment of these duties.
-After item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant shipping information, including tracking numbers. Signature confirmation is required on all shipments. For Loan items, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
