All orders will be dispatched within one working day after the payment has been processed. Our delivery times are based on business days, which are from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

We kindly ask that you ensure your delivery address is up-to-date on your PayPal account prior to making a purchase.
To ensure a safe and secure delivery, all items are sent with tracked shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

United States: there are no taxes and duties applicable to all orders under US$750.

Item price and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, and charges. In the event that these charges occur upon delivery to your country, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover them. To avoid any unexpected costs, we highly recommend that you check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be incurred prior to making your purchase.

All sales are final and all items are sold as is. We take great care in accurately describing the condition of our products in the online description, including providing images and measurements. We encourage you to review this information thoroughly before making a purchase. If you require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the unlikely event that an item was inaccurately described in its condition report, we can make an exception on a case by case scenario. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us via email (info@jhrop.com) within 2 days of the item's delivery date and clearly state, with images, how the item's condition was inaccurately described. Failure to attach reason and images within 2 days will have Return Request disapproved.

Please note that we only accept returns on items that are in the exact condition they were originally received, with all anti-wardrobing tags, stickers, and original packaging, including brand tags, authenticity cards, shoe boxes, and dust bags. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Any late, damaged, or items returned without our anti-wardrobing tags and original packaging will not be refunded and will be sent back to the buyer.

We charge a 10% restocking fee of item price deducted from final refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds will only be processed in the exact way we received your payment.
