COMMERCIAL LOAN

Our Archive and inventory is an invaluable resource for design inspiration, research, styling, exhibition loans and editorial/commercial purposes for stylists, costumers, and industry clientele. Our pieces are available for loan for commercial styling, research, exhibition loans and non-credited editorial or commercial shoots.

With over 6000 pieces of designer works. We are a premier venue for collectible vintage clothing. In addition to our inventory in our online store, we have expanded our commitment to fashion preservation with an Archive. Our Archive catalog is one of Hong Kong’s fashion, media and film industries top resources for research, design, and development. It contains over 1000 pieces of rare and historical works by important Japanese fashion designers from the 1960's to 2000's. With an emphasis on avant-garde designs, our Archive features special collections by designers such as Comme Des Garcons, Junya Watanabe, Issey Miyake and Yohji Yamamoto.

STEP 1 - REQUESTING

- Request items at least 4 working days in advance
- The confirmed list will be confirmed 1 day before the pick up date. We will not put items on hold for loans. We sell on multiple platforms and we fulfil orders within one working day.
All items for loan are at our final discretion.

STEP 2 - DELIVERY

- You must arrange and cover for all expenses of delivery to you
- You may choose to pick up in person at our studio in Sha Tin or arrange delivery by Uber, GogoX or LaLaMove only
* SF Express is NOT accepted for deliveries

-After item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all relevant shipping information, including tracking numbers. Signature confirmation is required on all shipments. For Loan items, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

STEP 3 - RETURN

- All items must be returned to our Studio the following working day after shooting date on Monday to Friday; 10AM-7PM
- You must arrange and cover for all expenses of return delivery to our Studio
- You may choose to drop off in person at our studio in Sha Tin or arrange delivery by Uber, GogoX or LaLaMove only
* SF Express is NOT accepted for returns

STEP 4 - SEND FINAL IMAGES

Send final high-resolution images and full credits list to info@jhrop.com after images have been published.

Loan Commercial

RENTAL COST

The minimum rental period is 3-days. A day starts from the date of receipt according to tracking status through set calendar days. If an item is rented for longer than 30 days, prior arrangements must be made.

Return tracking must be submitted and scanned by courier before the last day of rental. If Return Tracking does not show an item is 'In Transit' before 11:59PM, we will charge according to the next rental period. In the instance of late returns, Jhrop Limited reserves the right to charge the renting party without prior notification.
