Undelivered / Returned Shipments
We make every effort to ensure smooth delivery. In the unlikely event that a package is returned to us, we will contact you for further instructions once it arrives at our facility:
Option 1: If you want the order reshipped, please confirm your shipping address. You will be responsible for the reshipment fee, which includes the original shipping fee charged at checkout, any additional customs, taxes, import fees, and return shipping fees incurred. We will specify and invoice this amount before reshipping your order.
Option 2: If you do not want the package reshipped, we will refund you for the price of the item(s), less the original shipping fee and any additional customs, taxes, import fees, and return-to-sender shipping costs incurred during delivery and return.

A shipment is considered undeliverable if:
-The recipient’s address is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be located.
-Incorrect or unreachable contact information is provided.
-The shipment is unclaimed from the shipping company.

Do I need to pay sales tax?
