Extra Details: This short-sleeved hybrid dress combines structured cotton-poplin shirting elements with layered mesh panelling. The bodice features a blue and white vertical striped pattern, a solid white pointed collar, a matching solid white rectangular bib front panel, and a central button placket. A dark navy grosgrain belt loops around the waistline, securing an asymmetric draped overlay panel. The lower skirt is built with distinct tiers of finely pleated navy mesh fabrication that descend into a staggered, high-low hemline.
