Extra Details: This is a sleeveless, thigh-length shift dress crafted from a solid black fluid woven fabric. The garment features an experimental high neckline built with a fabric channel threaded with a chunky, matching black nautical-style rope. The rope passes through two oversized black metallic grommet eyelets at the upper throat and fastens in a central horizontal toggle loop design. The body is constructed with a low-slung, dropped waistband that breaks into fine gathers along the lower skirt panel.
